As long as the product is unopened and in its original condition, it can often be returned within a certain period of time.

No return after use:

Once a product has been used or the packaging has been opened, it can no longer be returned.
This serves to protect the health and safety of all customers.

Exceptions:

In rare cases, such as product defects or incorrect deliveries, hygiene products can also be returned or exchanged, even if they have been opened. However, this should be clarified directly with the seller. You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
