Pricing
This non-binding offer is intended specifically for end customers in industry, commerce, trade and commerce (not for wholesalers or resellers).
All prices are € net prices and do not include VAT.
We reserve the right to sell items only in customary quantities.
Delivery to wholesalers and commercial resellers is excluded.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the prices apply to the items shown as described, but not to contents, accessories or decoration.
Place of jurisdiction is Munich.
Guarantee
Our products are guaranteed for a minimum of 3 months from the date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship, which we will rectify either by repair, credit note or replacement delivery.
Damage or faults caused by incorrect operation or natural wear and tear are not covered by the warranty.
In addition, the statutory warranty claims apply.
Delivery against invoice
As a rule, delivery is made against invoice.
Invoices are due for payment without deduction within 30 days of the invoice date.
In this case, we will collect the invoice amount 30 days after the invoice date.
Delivery is only made to addresses within Germany.
If, contrary to expectations, a product is not available, we will inform you immediately.
All goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
We charge EUR 2.50 per due invoice after the occurrence of default of payment for the
2nd and
EUR 4.00 per reminder, up to a maximum of EUR 8.00 per invoice.
All other outstanding claims shall automatically become due for payment immediately, even if the payment term granted there has not yet been exceeded.
In this context, we will also transfer your address, order and payment data.
24-hour delivery service at no extra charge
All items, except those marked “carriage paid to first floor”, are normally kept in stock.
If your order is received by 5 p.m., we will dispatch your item on the same working day.
This means that the goods are almost always delivered to you by parcel service the next day.
Validity
We deliver in the manner specified here.
We cannot recognize deviating conditions of the customer, even if we do not expressly object to them.
Formation of the contract
You submit a binding offer when you complete the order process.
After you have sent your order, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and listing its details.
This confirmation of receipt does not constitute acceptance of your offer, but is only intended to inform you that we have received your order.
The purchase contract is only concluded when we send you the items you have ordered or an express order confirmation.
Delivery dates are non-binding unless otherwise agreed in writing.
IMPORTANT NOTE
Once the seal has been opened, the product cannot be exchanged or returned.
If you change your mind after purchase, do not break the seal and return the product.
